Work - Study program
At Qatar Foundation, we take our contribution to lifelong learning and capacity building seriously.  Our Work - Study program provides our campus' students with the opportunity to have hourly-paid part-time jobs, while studying. The part-time job would normally involve light office work, assisting our employees to perform a specific task. This can be either at our Head Office or at one of our other subsidiaries.

 We believe that the program is the first step towards preparing future employees and tomorrow's leaders.  The opportunity allows students to interact with and learn from professionals and gain real-life working experience, while earning some money. The program is fully supported by Qatar Foundation Leadership.

Scholarships
To encourage local students to take up future employment at Qatar Foundation, we provide a number of scholarships every year to those with high potential. The scholarships are usually given for studies at world class universities depending on our current and future needs and the student's qualifications.

We sponsor high school and university students by providing them with full time scholarships to study in a variety of disciplines both in Qatar and overseas. These students will join Qatar Foundation as staff when they finish their studies. We currently sponsor six students who are studying in leading universities abroad..
