FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Qatar Foundation offers students at Education City universities two main financial assistance programs; they are need-based loans and merit-based scholarships. Need-based loans must be repaid in some way, whilst merit-based scholarships are grants.
Qatar Foundation's financial assistance contributes to equality of opportunity in Education City. Admissions to our universities are on a `needs-blind' basis, where applicants are selected on their ability to succeed in and benefit from the programs. Successful applicants accepted at any branch campus may apply to Qatar Foundation's need-based, financial aid loan program, to help them finance their studies. Merit-based scholarships reward top performing students for their outstanding achievements.

SCHOLARSHIP

Qatar Foundation and the branch campuses award each year a limited number of merit scholarships. The scholarship program enables Education City universities to award full-tuition merit scholarships to a few undergraduates with outstanding academic qualifications.
