HOUSING FEES

Rates for student housing are as follows:

  • The damage deposit must be paid upon initial application and prior to move-in to the residence halls.
  • The damage deposit is fully refundable upon moving out of the residence halls, provided the room has not undergone damage or does not require excessive cleaning in order to prepare it for the next occupant.

  • To make a wire transfer (electronic funds transfer) to pay for your reservation fee, deposit, semester fee and others, please use the following information:
  1. List the student's full name
  2. Indicate the purpose of the transfer (Housing Damage Deposit; Housing Reservation Fee; Housing Semester fee; etc)
  3. Transfer the funds to the following bank and keep a copy of your receipt:
