For Supplier Registration and introduction to Qatar Foundation kindly fill in the Supplier Registration Form and mail (soft copy preferred) it to the Procurement Directorate along with all necessary documentation i.e. Commercial Registration certificates, product catalogues (preferably electronic) and other appropriate documents as required. We will ensure that strict confidentiality of your data is maintained.

Once your completed Registration form is received along with all the appropriate documentation, you may be contacted for further evaluation. However, we will endeavor to complete the registration process in a timely manner.

Based on the data provided by you for registration, we maintain a database of potential suppliers from which the short-listed suppliers are sent a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for materials and services that do not require tendering.

The requirement of materials and services that require tendering is published in leading local newspapers and also posted on this website in the Tender/Auction Notice section.

It may not be possible for us to acknowledge your introduction forms. You will be contacted only when we have a suitable product/service for which you are seen as a potential supplier.
